Last nights North Andover Town Meeting 2014 was a historic event. Thanks to Town Moderator Mark DiSalvo, North Andover is the first in the nation to allow voters to ask questions at the town meeting via the internet.
For the first time, Mark allowed registered voters who were not at the meeting to email their questions to the towns website and have their question posed to town meeting participants. Andrea O’Donnell of North Andover was the first person in the nation to pose a question via email at the town meeting!
