Saturday, September 16th:
Cut Your Own Bouquet
Every Saturday and Sunday (mid July to Early October) from 10am-5pm, the Flower Fields Cutting Garden is open at The Stevens-Coolidge Place! In addition to pick-your-own standards like zinnias, cosmos and rudbeckia, visitors will find new varieties to add pop and flair to their bouquets. The garden is fun for all ages and there is always something new to learn! Please note there is a fee to cut flowers and picking is only available at the Cutting Garden during PYO hours.
Be sure to stop by the tent to pick-up your scissors, cup, and water before starting your bouquet. Extend your visit and explore our other gardens including a French Potager Garden, Rose Garden, and Perennial Garden.
Borrow a blanket and a book to read under a tree. Play a game of checkers or tic tac toe. The gardens are full of fun adventures for all ages!

Flower Crown Making
Come cut your own flowers at the Stevens-Coolidge Place’s Flower Fields Cutting Garden and then use them to create a beautiful flower crown. We will have all the supplies and instructions you need to learn how to make a beautiful floral crown of your own design. Participants of all ages and genders encouraged to attend! Leave feeling fabulous and with the skills to craft future headpieces from your own garden blooms.

MM&RR Flower Field Soiree
Enjoy a relaxing social evening of live music in a sea of colorful blooms. Play lawn games set up on the grounds and enjoy musical performance from Mark Mandeville and Raianne Richards. For over a decade, Mark Mandeville & Raianne Richards have resonated with lovers of Americana, old country, and harmony singing; commanding crafted melodies and poignant, introspective lyrics, backing them with delicate arrangements on ukulele, clarinet, guitar and banjo.
A cash bar will be available with local beer and wine for guests to enjoy. A TBD dessert pop-up vendor will also be available on the property serving soiree sweets. Please feel free to bring your own picnic and setup among the Flower Fields for a wonderful night of live music and summer fun reflection.
